What sets Loris Holland apart is that he is a classically trained musician and he adheres to both philosophies of musical theory, which is the Jazz School and the Classical School. According to Loris, "Every voice or note has destination and when they come together as a cluster, they form chords as they journey to their final resting place in a song. As I play chords as a Jazz musician, I'm always aware of each note going to or arriving from somewhere and forming its own melody in the progression."
